you so much Kim for gifting us a new charbroil griddle. We were booked to cater a retirement celebration for an employee retiring from Char-Broil, Columbus, GA,. The day before the event, we were going over everything. I informed her, the teriyaki chicken and sausage kabobs would be grilled onsite, using a blackstone, she told us to only bring a tank. She had us a new charbroil griddle and all the grilling utensils delivered and already set up at WC Bradley, the venue we were catering at. Everyone loved the kabobs.

When Pharmavite booked us to cater their Christmas Luncheon, they told us they wanted us to serve steaks, chicken breast, and salmon. I told them we were going to grill everything onsite. They were skeptical about us cooking that much meat onsite for such a large group. I convinced them we could do it and we DID it🙏🙏🙏 We couldn’t have done it without the team we assembled. From the bottom of our hearts, we truly thank Arnesa Bandy Grady, Teresa Knight Hogan, Tanyeitta Bandy, Christi Cannon, and Helena Frye. They came in early, set up, served, broke everything down, made salads, cut cakes, and did whatever needed to be done to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you all for working extremely hard to make everything a success. Also, a big thank you to Van Cathcart III, he’s the first person I thought about to grill the chicken and especially the salmon. The problem, he and Christi had moved to Huntsville. Thank you all so much for coming back to help us with this big job. Everyone loved the salmon and maple glazed chicken. Last, he doesn’t want to be named, but we thank him so much for grilling the ribeyes. Pharmavite wanted them all cooked medium rare, they were perfect. We thank him for all he does whenever we need him. Thank you all so much and we thank God for continuing to bless us and our business.

Thank you, Pharmavite, for the wonderful opportunity to cater your Christmas luncheon (728), our largest catering job to date. We served two days, four different shifts. Ribeye Steaks, chicken breast, and salmon were grilled onsite. We’ve received nothing but rave reviews.

This is our second year catering WC Bradley’s Thanksgiving luncheon, since then, we’ve become their preferred vendor, this is major and we are so, so grateful. We provided smoked turkey, baked ham, baked chicken, chicken dressing, sweet potato soufflé, rolls, sweet and unsweet tea to more than 100 of their employees. The employees provided all of the delicious sides and desserts.
