While our bachelorette group was celebrating the bride-to-be and creating core memories at their beach picnic there was a wedding taking place near the shore. It created a picturesque celebration of love here on our island.

She said yes! 💍

Getting to be part of the biggest, most special life moments will forever be one of our favorite things.

This proposal will be one that’s never forgotten. Kyle was so nervous and so grateful that when I arrived, he said, “I’m just so grateful for you, I wish I could hug you.” Are you kidding? Gimme that hug!
(Before I get all sweaty with sand sticking to me from head to toe)

His beautiful bride-to-be had no idea and we pulled off the surprise so smoothly. To end the evening, they said, “I feel like we gained a friend that we’ll be keeping in contact with.” You absolutely did! He said she loves shells so I’m gathering some of my best shells I’ve found here, adding a few special gifts and sending them a surprise package. Congratulations to the Forehands!

This is absolutely one of the best parts of being a Beach Mom!

With friends like these….

When we were told this for the chalkboard, we knew it would be a good time. How special to have friends that you go on trips with AND get to have a beautiful picnic like this. That’s friends of a lifetime.

A fun Bachelorette picnic for some sweet young ladies yesterday evening. Was thankful the wild weather in the morning cleared up for them later in the day. Their theme for this trip was “The Summer I Turned Floyd” based on the series “The Summer I Turned Pretty”. Well let me tell you they were all pretty and so polite! 🩷

Surrounded by soft pale pinks, yummy food and endless friendship, they couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop than the waves lapping and the pirate ship sailing in the distance.

This beautiful beach picnic to celebrate a beautiful lady’s 65th birthday was setup against the emerald waters of the gulf coast with the sun shining bright. Until it wasn’t.
It was quickly covered by dark skies and some heavy wind. That’s always a possibility here…..but these ladies were just as beautiful on the inside as they were the outside. They were so grateful for the hard work it took to set up and gave us immense grace when it had to be taken down. And FAST. We offered to set it back up on their balcony or in their condo but they just wanted the place settings, so we did just that! Their words, “it’ll be another great memory to look back on”.
Of course, the storm didn’t last. It only ended up sprinkling a few drops but we could’ve never guessed that. Even amidst the chaos, these ladies were all smiles.

We were asked to set up a Hawaiian themed picnic so we delivered just that.
A colorful, fun beach picnic for the mother/daughter weekend. The sweet, surprised faces from all the daughters was priceless!

Celebrating Anita’s retirement was one for the books! Her reaction was the best, one we won’t forget!

They watched the setup of the picnic from their balcony, chatting and expressing their thoughts of it possibly being an engagement. As they walked up to the picnic, they were complimenting how pretty it was and that they were excited to see an engagement. Then Anita exclaimed, “wait, my name is on there”, and she was overcome with emotion.

She was the assistant superintendent. One of the other ladies was the superintendent who had retired the previous year. She gifted her with “the bell” at the picnic. The other 2 ladies were also in administration and the picnic was done in their school colors, purple & gold.

A fun beach picnic for 15, a table full of a delicious shrimp boil and a pretty lady’s birthday equals a grand ‘ole time.

One of the questions we get asked often is if food is included. We don’t include the food because we want it to be what YOU want. If we included it, this incredible choice of a boil wouldn’t be an option. It’s your picnic and we want the details to be everything you want and then some! 🏖️

A surprise 34th birthday picnic for the beautiful birthday gal was a success. We made it happen in her favorite color and she was over the moon….actually, under the strawberry moon!

Happy Saturday everyone! This is a long one but had to be shared!❤️

Last night, beneath the glow of the strawberry full moon 🌕 , a couple celebrated 27 years of unwavering love with a picnic that could only be described as magical! 💫 This sweet couple, whose love has grown deeper with each passing year, reminisced about the journey they've shared, their wedding day and previous anniversary dates! These two are doing it right and it shows! 🥰

Adding to the enchantment of the evening was a violinist 🎻 who was the sweetest and perfect match up for this couple! Her soulful melodies created a most peaceful and relaxing evening. Each note seemed to echo the couple's story and it was said that many of those songs played at their wedding, a beautiful soundtrack to their love that has spanned almost three decades. 🎶

This picnic under the strawberry full moon was more than just an anniversary celebration 🎉 . Their laughter, shared glances, playfullness and clear adoration for one another told a story of a love that is as enduring as it is sweet. This was such a special picnic to set up and as always we are so honored that you all put such special moments to celebrate in our hands!🫶🏻

Here's to their continued journey together, filled with many more picnics, dances on the beach, moonlit nights and anniversary celebrations! ❤️

This sweet hubby wanted to surprise his beautiful wife for her Birthday at the same spot where he proposed and next to the same piece of driftwood and with the same setup! He wanted to “recreate“ the moment! We had a good laugh because he said the driftwood used to be a lot closer to the path and he never would have sent us down that far! It was a hike but that didn’t matter… we were making this special moment happen again! We’re all about the special moments! 💞

A surprise anniversary picnic that was the sweetest. We got some special requests and we made them all happen. They wanted the colors of their wedding used in the decor, teal and peach. We printed out a wedding photo, got a frame and had it sitting on the table. We played their wedding song as they walked up to their special picnic. The bride definitely had some tears, as did I. With their wedding photo sitting between them, we got to recreate it. So special!

A picnic to highlight our beautiful emerald coast and white, sugary sand beach to welcome our guest, a travel blogger, Darling Travels. 🏖️

We found it fitting to give her the most beachy theme as she visits Orange Beach on her travels. She had an itinerary packed full of fun, so we hope her and her husband relaxed and enjoyed the picnic & amazing view.

Mama Mia themed bachelorette weekend, so the colors requested for the beach picnic, we made happen. Adding in fresh yellow florals, the bachelorette’s favorite color!

The smiles, togetherness, laughter and the final thank you’s. The specialness of getting to be part of your memories. It fills our hearts with joy.

We are getting so many beach picnic bookings this year, so don’t wait on contacting us to set up yours. It takes hours to plan, gather, load, unload, setup, clean up and pack up so we can’t do several in a day. Our calendar can fill up fast. Picnic season is in full swing and what better way to celebrate love than with a romantic sunset picnic? As this couple celebrated their 35th anniversary, they watched the sun dip, the sky change colors and even shared a dance on the beach! How sweet! Here's to many more sunsets together!

When I started this, I never imagined the bonds I would form with the families. Today is one I’ll never forget.
I worked with the husband on keeping this picnic a secret. I had to change days due to rain, then it didn’t end up raining, thanks weather channel 😏 (that day was her actual birthday), we were bummed.
The next day I was able to set up. I could see them at the end of the walkway discussing it. This is how it happened (as they later told me)…..

Her to him: “Aww, I think that’s The Beach Moms, I follow them on Facebook and love what they do.”
Him to her: “let’s go over and talk to her.”
Her to him: “no, she’s setting up something special for someone, I don’t want to bother her.”
I then hollered: “hi” and waved
They walked over.
Her to me: “Oh my gosh this is beautiful. I follow y’all on Facebook. Wow, it’s even prettier in real life. You did an incredible job.”
Me: “Thank you. Yeah, someone hired me to set up a picnic. It’s someone’s birthday.”
Her: “oh really? Wow, how fun.”
Me: “isn’t it your birthday?”
Her jaw dropped.
Him: “it’s for you honey, happy birthday!”
Her: “no way! This is really for me?”
Him: “yes, it’s for you honey.”
They hugged, he kissed her and told her happy birthday again.

It was THE coolest. THE sweetest. She was over the moon happy. She then asked me “did he tell you red and black, that we’re Georgia fans?” Yes, he did. She said “gosh, he’s just the best.” I told her she definitely had a keeper. She was so grateful to him for thinking of and doing this for her. I’m honored and grateful that I got to be a part of it and got to help him create a special birthday she’ll never forget. ❤️🖤
They own a condo here and she’s going to message me to talk about doing a birthday picnic for their son & his girlfriend. ☺️
I love my job. I love creating special memories for our Beach Mom families.

A beach picnic turned into a balcony picnic due to high winds. It turned out super cute and even more romantic with all the candles & privacy. After all, they were on their babymoon.
You never know what the weather will be here but we do everything we can, and then some, to still make your special picnic one to remember.
