At Prairie Winds, our staff’s top priority is making sure our couple’s wedding day is as stress free as possible. We do this in multiple ways:

1️⃣ We identify a contact person, separate from the bride/groom, as our go to friend for answering our questions.
2️⃣ We make sure everyone involved in the wedding ceremony stays hydrated and fed. We do not want anyone fainting!
3️⃣ We offer to assist with the ceremony rehearsal as well as the ceremony itself to make sure everyone knows what to do and when to walk down the aisle.

Don't forget to hydrate! 💦

It's outdoor ceremony season, so here are a few reminders:

1. Inform your guests if you are planning an outdoor ceremony so they can dress accordingly.
2. Have the officiant point out where the restrooms are incase of emergency.
3. It's better to have extra bottled water on hand than regret not having it at all.
