Sneak Peek from this week’s styled shoot!

Honored to shoot the 2016 “Belle” gown by Alfred Angelo and the collection. Coordination by JenEvents.

Inspired by the concept of illumination in a gown as seen in the dress worn by Claire Danes to this week’s Met Gala… we figured why not try lighting the classic bridal portrait a bit differently!

We used lighting not only to illuminate the couple from the outside, but also used a combination of strobes and lights to light up the dress from the inside too. The layers of tulle and glitter in this ballgown were the perfect texture to allow the illumination of the gown. And we incorporated Atmosphere Aerosol to create depth and texture surrounding the couple. A true fairytale dream!
