It’s always a blast to do events for our locals!

This engagement party wanted heavy appetizers and that we delivered! Chef attended Pizza Station, Taco Bar (with all the topping to make a delicious Smoke 'Em Barbecue Joint taco!!), and of course the Smoked Wings! This is our kind of party! 🤩🍻

Who's ready for Palmetto Palate this week?!

It's the South Carolina Farm Bureau Federation's annual fundraiser where local chefs pair up with local farmers to create amazing dishes that put the best of South Carolina's agriculture on display.

I spoke with Stephanie Sox with SCFB and McKinley Till, Owner and Chef at Palmetto Peach Catering and Smoke 'Em Barbecue Joint in St. Matthews on WIS TV Midday yesterday about this week's event.

McKinley made the most DELICIOUS grilled pound cake topped with local peaches, a bourbon sauce and vanilla ice cream. A dish that makes you realize how much better food tastes when it's locally grown!

100% of the money raised at Palmetto Palate helps our state’s farmers and ensures agricultural lands will be protected and passed to future generations.

It's this Thursday, July 18th and the SC State Museum at 6 pm

We had a packed weekend! This is just a small glimpse into Saturday night! Ally and Grant got married at the beautiful Founders Hall in Charleston. We started out with A Charcuterie Board to get the party started. We also had passed appetizers of Tuna Wontons and Pork Belly Lollipops. Dinner was setup in stations for everyone to pick and choose what they wanted! We had Shrimp and Grits, Chicken and Waffles, Brisket Carving Station with Mac and Cheese, and mixed Salads Shooters!

Casual Rehearsal Dinners are in!! This group wanted a small gathering focused around friends and family! Heavy Hors D’oeuvres are the perfect food option for this type of setting!

We had a great day at James Island Yacht Club on Saturday! We served a plated rehearsal dinner with the options of a Ribeye or Chicken Lily with Truffle Mashed Potatoes or a Veggie Frittata! Dinner with a view… what could be better!
