Good morning my friends, I was able cut some flowers yesterday before the rain came. Yay! I placed the bouquets in the brown hutch because it seems very damp and dripping this morning. Hope you stop by they are very colorful and cheerful flowers. Thank you

Good Morning my friends, it has been a misty rain for a couple of days now and as you can see straw flowers close when wet. The zinnias are looking great and coming back strong after the beetle invasion but are also very wet. I will try to pick flowers as they dry and see if I will have enough for bouquets tomorrow. Fingers crossed and the bees don’t seem to mind how wet the sun flowers are. Hope you have a great day. Thank you

Hello everyone, this morning is perfectly cool and great for getting garden chores done. My flowers are doing so much better and are growing back and blooming. I decided to handle the beetles the old fashioned way and sprayed everything down with Irish spring soap a couple of times and it’s working. Today I am going to prune and cut off damaged branches and flowers so the plant will work on growing more new growth. No bouquets this week but fingers crossed I’ll have some next weekend. Thank you

Hello Everyone, I hope you are enjoying this beautiful morning, I noticed last weeks post didn’t post to all but I do seem to have an issue in the fields with Japanese Beatles so I won’t be making bouquets until issue is controlled. I am not comfortable selling bouquets that have bugs so I will post when I have bouquets and the plants are feeling better. Thank you

Hello everyone, well we are definitely getting the rain we needed. I noticed some people stopped this morning and nothing was out there. So I decided to place some bouquets in the brown hutch again to protect from wind and rain. Hope you stop by and enjoy this peaceful rainy day.
