When the original Jubilee business plan was written, the plan was to be self-sufficient, to be a one-woman show not requiring help from anyone.

My oh my, how that plan has changed.

Today, the Jubilee team is basically a small army of fabulous food-preparing, meal-serving, dish-washing friends.

This evening, many Jubilee team members gathered to enjoy each other's company, gourmet pizza, Italian cream sodas and a few games of Bingo before our busy summer catering season kicks into full gear.

We put a lot of thought and preparation into menu planning, food prep, cooking and serving to help create a menu and experience that is just right for our clients' events and celebrations.

When we see full plates as people make their way through our buffet lines, we consider that to be a Jubilee stamp of approval. 🤗

There's so much hustle and bustle when prepping for a large catering event. But then we get to that moment when the linens look sharp, the water glasses are filled, the place settings are in place, the food is hot and ready, and event guests start to arrive...it's like the calm before the storm.

Then it's GO TIME! But even when we're serving 500 meals, time flies!

Wow! Howard County Medical Center hosted an incredible event and we were honored to be a part of it. The meal for this wedding reception was epic! The full menu... ✔️ Antipasto skewers ✔️ Bruchetta ✔️ Stuffed mushrooms ✔️ Margherita pizza ✔️ Chicken pesto pizza ✔️ Pepperoni pizza This was the first time we designed this type of menu for a wedding reception but we aim to please 🙂 and wanted to help the bride and groom's vision come to life.
