With heavy hearts we share with you that Zion Reggae Festival will not be happening this year.
This was not an easy decision, and it came with lots of thought, reflection, and conversations to try find a way to make it happen later this summer.
We love this community and everything the festival stands for, everything everyone created last year — the connection, the music, the community — all culminating in a magical energy we all felt under the thunder storms last September before Nattali Rize & Mike Love took the stage. The vibrations in Zion were deep from that whole weekend and everything that everyone brought to it. We are hopeful to bring it back at that level at a future date.
While we won’t be gathering this year, we’re not going to stop trying to find a way. We will be taking this extra time in the year to plan and build for the future. To bring it back right where we left off.
We’re so grateful for the love and support we received last September, and we’re looking forward to the next time we can all come together again in our desert home.
Thank you for being part of the Zion Reggae family. Stay tuned for what’s next — and until then, keep the spirit alive and go support your local festivals and live music.
To the few parties who booked lodging already we have so much gratitude for yall that you made that extra step. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we’ve communicated everything to Zion Ponderosa and they are ready to give you a full refund. If you need any assistance with this feel free to send us a message.
One Love,
The Zion Reggae Festival Team & East Zion Pirate Entertainment
