Shoutout to all the newlyweds-to-be! Here's three tips to make your special day less stressful:
1. Set deadlines and details - finalise meetings and hand over details to your wedding coordinator or planner by Wednesday. This will help keep you from any unnecessary changes and help you enjoy the last moments.
2. Don't forget to take breaks and practice self-care. Set aside time for activities such as exercising, meditating and spending time with loved ones. This will help you be both relaxed and recharged!
3. Cherish the moments! Go out to dinner with your fiancé and discuss anything other than the wedding. Spend time with family and friends and show them your appreciation.
Soak up every second of your special day and focus on the love and joy surrounding your wedding.

We want to give you three tips to make your wedding day less stressful:

1. Deadlines and Details: The week of your wedding give yourself firm deadline. Schedule all your final meetings to be finished by Wednesday or earlier. Hand over any final details to your wedding coordinator or wedding planner. Trust us the weight will be lifted! This way it gives you a stoping point and keeps you from making any uanessacry changes.

2. Take Breaks and Practice Self-Care: Amidst the wedding preparations, it's important to take breaks and prioritize your well-being. Set aside dedicated time for self-care activities, such as exercising, meditating, or spending time with loved ones. This will help you relax and recharge, reducing stress levels in the process.

3. Be Present: It is not often in your life that you will have so many special people, at one time, celebrating you. We see it too frequently that brides get caught up in the rush of the wedding week and lose sight of being mindful of the moment. One tip we love is to go to dinner with your fiancé that week and talk about anything other than the wedding! You have made it to this week because you fell in love – let that be what sets the tone for the week! Also spend time with family and friends who have made time to be with you. Thank them and show appreciation as much as you can.

There is just nothing better than the warmth and love you feel the week of your wedding, and we hope you soak up every second of it!

Remember, the most important thing is to cherish the moments and focus on the love and joy surrounding your special day.

ENGAGED... so what's next?

WEDDING DRESSES:

Tip 1: Don’t ever wait until you have lost enough weight to start shopping. This is a bad idea and you are could to run out of time. Rather shop at the size you are at and make changes to your garment once it arrives.

Tip 2: Bring no more than 2 max 3 guests with you to your bridal fitting.. trust us on this one... it can get very overwhelming.

Tip 3. Have your budget and funds in place, and be ready to purchase your dress on the day.

Tip 4: Trust your stylist and try on WHATEVER you want.
