To our valued guests: It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the closure of our little tearoom. We, like many other small businesses, have tried to overcome the challenges of staffing issues and rising inventory prices. Because of this difficulty, we have decided that our final tea party will be help on September 22nd, 2024 with no future events after that date. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the pleasure of making so many wonderful memories with all of you. While I am looking forward to retirement, I will dearly miss all the happy faces that have made this experience such a beautiful one.

It is hard to believe that the holiday season is right around the corner already! We are excited to announce that the Christmas Storybook Tea will be held on Sunday December 10th from 1-3:30 this year. Please join us for a fun luncheon and lots of surprises! Tickets are $30 per person and must be paid in advance as there is limited room available. We will be reading "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" by Dr. Suess and offering "Grinch themed" savories and sweets. To reserve, please call Jana at- 503~653~6809.

Happy Friday folks! We are currently looking for 2 party hostesses. Food service is not necessary as we will provide training. The hours vary and are Saturdays and Sundays. Shifts are 10-2 or 1-5. Some days may be both. Pay is $15 an hour plus tips. If you are reliable and energetic and like working with children, I would encourage you to send your resume to: [email protected]. We have 2 party slots available in Feb: The 25th and 26th- both open slots are for 11-1 and we have lots openings in March! Currently- parties of 10 or more. We may reconsider adult teas in the future but for now, we are focusing on making memories with our princesses!

We are really struggling to find staff right now. As a result- the Christmas Tea will not be held this year after 7 years running. We were set to open on Dec 3rd- but now must hold off until after the 1st of the year in the hopes that someone will step up and want to jump in and hostess kids' parties. We have things in order to reopen! The issue we are having is staffing. Because we closed through the pandemic we need to hire 3 staff people over the age of 16. Workdays are between 10-5 on Saturday and Sundays. Minimum wage plus tips. I would lease the present building to you, and it is set up to be pretty much turnkey. Hello tea room clients! We are planning to host our Christmas tea party on December 12th about 2:00 in the afternoon.
