I went out yesterday to get some work done in front of the barn and I tried working on getting some of the gravel brought back in to my driveway before getting new gravel. Spring is coming and working to get ready for this year's wedding season

Couldn't be happier to see a new hotel open in St. Joseph!

To put the need in perspective, St. Joseph had a higher occupancy and average daily rate in 2024 than Kansas City, St. Louis, Independence, Columbia, Springfield, and Branson. These cities listed have hotel rooms well into the thousands, St. Joseph had less than 900.

This addition is a pet-friendly, extended-stay hotel with full kitchens and on-site laundry. Now accepting reservations!

I went out this morning and started raking up some of the mess infront of the barn and started cleaning the autumn joy flowers. Getting things ready for spring. More to come soon. Our wedding season gets started in April.
