Our expertise is in the kitchen assisting with food prep (we are helpers-not chefs). Instead of you worrying about details, we'll do the set up, refill and clean up while you enjoy your meal. Other options are also available such as: setting up table & chairs, decorating, bar tending etc...

Thank you to our veterans! The local sheet metal union 73 honors their veteran members every year with a delicious lunch. It’s a way for the union to give back to these special members. 50 is nifty! Its the new 30! Happy Birthday to Ryan! His best pals and family came to celebrate his half century mark. Lots of apps and desserts kept everyone going into the night. Dancing and laughing and just a great time was had by all! Thank you Gina and Ryan for calling us to help. Oh, by the way, Gina joined “the club” earlier this year, too! So Happy 50th to you both!

Congratulations to Rebekkah and Dirk! Such a fun celebration of love! Rebekkah’s mom, Jessica, and Rebekkah, too, have both worked for M2P from time to time, so they knew exactly who to call to make the night run smoothly! We can’t thank you enough for including us in this special day! It was so much fun, and I am sure all of the planning and special touches did not go unnoticed by your guests! Guests had a delicious spread of apps and BBQ, and delicious desserts! After the bridal party was introduced and speeches were made, the dance floor was NEVER empty! Everyone loved line dancing, and I swear they looked like professional line dancers! Makes me want to go take lessons! Jessica, thank you for calling on us to help. Halloween is a great opportunity to bring family and neighbors together to make forever memories! Dana and Bob had a wonderful gathering for kids and adults! Costumes, food, and cocktails! Bob smoked some pulled pork and it paired with delicious macaroni and cheese! The house and garage were decorated - spooky! Thanks for having M2P come to help! It was a blast!

Derek and his mom and his mother-in-law threw a fabulous sprinkle for Baby Winski, the newest Bears fan. It was and old-fashioned BBQ with burgers, dogs, and all the fixings! Remember when you were a kid and you thought 60 was old?? Boy, was I wrong!! Happy Birthday to this awesome couple - Tim and Holly. They threw the bash of the decade in true 80’s style! Loved every minute of it! Their garage brought everyone back to the best time ever to grow up - with the best music! Tim and Lenny go way back to childhood, and there’s something special about seeing old friends. It’s like time did not pass. Their friends and family were together and danced the night away! Happy Birthday to you both! 60’s got nothing on the two of you!

God Bless Murphy Josephine! Always one of our favorite types of parties to “work” are Christenings! A milestone event in the baby and the family’s journey. Parents, Matt and Holly, celebrated Murphy’s day with family and friends. The ceremony was at St. Mike’s and then all came back to the house for wonderful food from Capri followed by yummy desserts! “Robtoberfest 2” was a huge success! Rob’s loving wife, Frankie, threw the party to end all parties to celebrate his 60th! Guests enjoyed a homemade dinner and a variety of apps prepared by the guests. There were fireworks, a band, and desserts to die for. Happy 1st birthday to Luca! He scored a “Hole-in 1” for sure with this party! Perfect day for this Golf-themed party to celebrate! Parents, Mariese and Brandon, made sure everyone had a fantastic time, with tasty food from Capri, cocktails, desserts, a piñata, jumping house, and all of Luca’s family and friends! Sometimes the best of friends are neighbors, too! How blessed the Ridgewood Subdivision in Western Springs is!! They have a yearly progressive dinner and we were invited to help at the appetizer house and then after dinner house! Tony and Betty hosted the app house and welcomed all with a glass of Prosecco and neighbors mingled, listened to some live music, and found out where their dinner house would be. There were almost 200 people and they broke off into groups to enjoy dinner. After dinner, all came back to the after dinner party house at David and Amy’s house for more cocktails, desserts, and dancing! So much fun! Thank you for including us in the festivities! It’s so nice to have great neighbors that turn into the best of friends!

We had the pleasure of helping at a magical, woodsy wedding celebration! Melanie and Brian had the perfect setting in a beautiful, rustic venue. With the help of their parents, Steve and Amy, and Deb and Rich, family, and some special friends, the house and yard were transformed into the wedding of their dreams! The ceremony took place on the patio, and then the guests moved into the tent area for cocktails, appetizers from TidBits, and a great dinner from Chuck’s. Following heartwarming speeches by the best man, maid of honor, and their parents, the party began! Dancing and games, conversation, and lots of laughs! Thank you to Melanie and Brian and their wonderful parents for trusting us with this most important day! We wish you many blessings as you begin this next journey in your lives! Marriage!!!

Enza and Len hosted a baby shower for their son and daughter-in-law and took guests to Italy! This themed party included all the details from decorations to food. The tables included basil plants in tomato cans, a lighted tent with a tapestry of the Italian countryside, and bottles of Chianti. Guests enjoyed Italian favorites including Italian Beef, pasta, arancini, and more. For dessert, there was gelato and a cannoli cart! Maid to Party enjoyed being a part of this family celebration and wishes Mom and Dad to be the best for a healthy, happy baby!

1st Year Down! It was a Bear’s themed party to celebrate a 1st birthday, and everyone came dressed in Bear’s colors! The day was about Food, Family, Football and Fun. Guests could watch the game outside or inside depending on their mood and got to fuel up with enough food to feed the Chicago Bears team! Proud parents, Ryan and Brittany, enjoyed the fusion of family and friends for this milestone event. Maid to Party rates this event as a touchdown!

Mason turned 3! He was joined by his twin brothers, many cousins, aunts, uncles grandparents, and of course, mom and dad. Melissa and Mike entertained the kiddos with a jump house and splash pad! There was no shortage of food. Guests enjoyed Portillo’s beef & mostaccolli, fried chicken, and salad. The birthday boy was thrilled with his favorite chocolate cake. Maid to Party was so happy to be invited back to celebrate with this growing family!

Congratulations to Rachael and Nick! Their wedding will be here soon, but family and friends came together to shower the couple with gifts and well wishes! Guests had a great brunch of family favorites, such as Grandma Sue’s homemade breakfast stratas, salad and pasta salad, mini sandwiches, the always popular Asian noodle salad, and delicious home made mini cheesecakes and peanut butter brittle (aka “crack”). What an accomplishment for this beautiful young woman. Cameron graduated from Purdue earlier this summer and her parents celebrated her in style with homemade bbq pulled chicken, Italian sausage, and crock pots full of home-cooked mac and cheese and mashies!! The desserts were phenomenal and included a key lime pie in a jar! Yum. Thanks for calling Maid to Party, Wendy! Take the world by storm, Cameron! We wish you many blessings!
