Hello February ❤️

Took time to quiet the noise a bit because this world and my own world was getting too loud. Started 2025 really leaning on God for what He wanted me to do this year. It was just the start that I needed and man He did not disappoint 🙌🏾🙏🏾

I’m grateful for this life-the good, the bad, the in between.. it just means that we still have time to be and do great things.

One thing I want to remind you of is that there are REAL people behind beautiful events and businesses.. real people with heartache, trials, tests and really hard days..

So let’s lead with kindness and understanding.. we need to more now than ever!

If you don’t know these two amazing women, you should. They are the visionaries and creators behind . They are also a pair of THEEE sweetest, open and caring people I’ve met in this industry.

Swipe left to see the day we chatted February 2023, right before our L3E Rebrand Launch. I talked about our rebrand and how I was attending Engage! that year (no clue how I was going to make it happen). Without hesitation, they encouraged me, told me some people to partner with, even told me about some of their early times building Engage! and things they learned along the way.

I then said, let’s take a “before” picture because I promise there will be an “after” photo.. and here we are…

Knowing that Rebecca and Kathryn started out as wedding and event planners- makes all of this hit different. I want to let you both know that we see the hard work, the attention to detail, the HEART, the sacrifices (known and unknown) to bring Engage! To where it is now ..
