Dr. Stephanie Venn-Watson is the Founder/CEO of Seraphina Therapeutics, a veterinary epidemiologist, and an expert in healthy fats essential to supporting healthy aging and longevity.

Dolphins are large brained, long-lived mammals that age similarly to humans, including susceptibilities to chronic inflammation, metabolic and liver diseases, and neurodegenerative conditions. Upon observing that Navy dolphins aged at different rates, Stephanie discovered that the healthiest aging dolphins had the highest dietary and circulating levels of C15:0 (pentadecanoic acid). 1. Red light triggers the brain to produce melatonin in preparation for sleeping. This puts the brain into a relaxed state allowing your body to fall into a deep sleep.
