About last night.
We were invited to be a part of such an amazing event.
The Windermere Wine & Dine . To say we were blessed to be the only strictly catering company to be invited. Is an under statement.
The TOP SHELF level of talent at this event was unreal. Just to name drop a little. Some of the other participants in this event were.
Capa (The Four Seasons), The Ritz Carlton, Four Flamingos (Richard Blais' restaurant), Jaleo (Jose Andres restaurant), Frontera Cocina (Rick Bayless' restaurant), North Italia & STK steak. Just to name a few.
Big Boards Charcuterie and Catering prepared and served 5 dishes. Our signature "island shrimp" & cheese grits, pulled pork over creamy mac & cheese, house favorite pesto tortellini (veg.), along with Teresaβs killer deviled eggs
(9 varieties including bacon maple burbon & bang/yum). For dessert chocolate chip cannoli shooters with chocolate truffles.
We served OVER 1100 individual dishes. Team Big Boards Catering was honored to be a part of this amazing event and thank WW&D for believing in us. As for the feedback and comments we received last night, we are BLESSED to say thank you to everyone.
