Chef and owner Francisco Cortes graduated from Johnson and Wales in 2012 with a Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage management. He has been in this industry for over 15 years, starting at the age of 13 at his godmother's restaurant Cohiba Brasserie. Some big name locations include The Fontainebleau Hotel, The Biltmore Hotel, Corsair by Scott Conant, Catch by Chef Hung Huynh, and the Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball team. Personal chef and private catering has brought Chef Frankie to some great families and clients. Among those include Atlanta Braves second baseman Ozzie Albies, Braves outfielder Ender Inciarte and Oklahoma City Thunder shooting guard Hamidou Diallo.
