OK, so this weekend I had one of the most beautiful challenges I have ever had. And I say beautiful because it allowed me to incorporate my team in the celebration of two amazing people who really deserves being celebrated. And also beautiful because of everything I learned.
Doing events for other cultures may be challenging but it is such a blessing because I get to learn about them and experience new things.
Ana Arriaga and her company J.B Concrete Services INC is one of my marketing clients and it made me feel so special when she told me about doing the event for her 10-year anniversary...

This month we had a birthday for a man and we wanted to use the bow trend in a non-feminine way.

GUEST DRESS CODES
Forget anything conventional. 2024 wedding trends include dress codes for the guests that enhance the decor and experience or theme of the event. On top of that, being color back into bridal outfits and decor, don't be surprised to see monochromatic guest dress codes where they ask all guests to dress in black or white or any tone of a particular color such as green.
For this wedding, we requested all guests to dress in white to reflect the beautiful sunset light in an already white setting and allow the bride and groom in royal blue to shine.

THE RINGS...
We love these rings from one of the weddings we planned...
But did you know that not in every country you get a diamond ring? In some cultures, it is just a piece of jewelry that can be earrings or anything else. Some cultures exchange very simple bands and the big gift can even be a watch instead of a diamond ring.
Since 2024 is the year of breaking with the classics, do what you feel best. If you are not into rings, do something else.
However, if you want to go with rings, color stones are back for proposals and marriage, more stones on the men's side too (remember the groom is now also as important as the bride), and original designs that give a twist to the classic shape as this Harry Winston ring are definitely in trend.

THE CAKE...
Simple or crazy, we help you create the perfect cake in looks and taste.
You can choose your cake or you can let us design it if you want something crazy.
On this occasion, our client wanted something people stared at and that was giant so we designed a different cake, that had a lot of elements and symbolism for them, and worked with a celebrity chef from Greece to make it a reality and ensure it tasted good.
We came up with a design for the cake that was covered in edible pearls for their pearl anniversary and real flowers with a hollow center and a sparkly heart symbolizing how love is at the center of all stages in a marriage and sustains it shining through.
And... it was delicious!
We work with some of the best cake makers in Orlando and abroad.

Destination weddings... big or small... We are particularly proud of the work we did with this one. This past October we took almost 60 people to Greece to celebrate the vow renewal plus 3 other events for Dr. Francelis Gonzalez & Victor. This is one of the teaser videos created as a preview of the full-blown 40-minute movie our videographer DG Films created for us. This wedding was a true Oddysee between traveling around the world, coordinating people from different countries and locations, and taking things they didn't have to the island...and the result was gorgeous. We planned every detail, from artists that we flew in from Athens to the wedding dress and veil, gifts for the guests for every day, menus, cake design, music for each day, itineraries, a website with travel information thanks to @standoutpros, and more.
