Listen — plant—based cheese and meat was not something I thought was remotely appealing… truly .
I figured it was just an alternative for those that had a bunch of “can’t” or “won’t”
But…
A few years back I came across some small companies that were creating products without the use of fillers and unnatural flavor, soy and carageenan
And ya know what ?
They taste great and have perfect texture…
Texture for me is huge .
