What a way to start the season! 🏈 USF Football celebrated their kickoff with a delicious luncheon at Armature Works Events, catered by us! 🍽️ We were excited to be back for the fourth year, serving fans and alumni as they dine with their favorite players.

On the menu this year:
🥗 Ybor Chopped Salad: Crisp romaine, Spanish olives, smoked ham, peppadew, tomato, Gorgonzola, and oregano vinaigrette, styled in a glass to enhance the theme of the night.

🍗 Pan Roasted Airline Chicken Champagne: Charred onion relish, smoked Gouda mornay, and fingerling potato and green bean sauté.

🍰 Petite NY Style Cheesecake.
