I know it seems obvious but even I made this mistake when I first started out and it’s my biggest horror story to date. Regardless if it’s chocolate, fondant or frosting…it melts! Tip💡… If your venue is outdoors, be sure that you keep your cake or any other yummy treats out of the sun or even if it’s just humidity! Keep it all stored in a cool area and schedule a time for when it should all come out! Bonus tip… DO NOT make your es**rt cards out of chocolate. 🫣 Since they have to be placed early so that your guests can find their seats, it’s best to be avoided!
