When the audience becomes part of the show ππ»ππ»ππ» Here is a super cute clip from my show at the MSPWorx party at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate the other night! Thank you for sharing, Suzanne! ππ»π
A very wise man who also happens to be my boyfriend Stacy once said, "Practice saying 'thank you,' because if you're lucky enough, you'll get to say it often." Each day, I thank my lucky stars for everyone who's brought this crazy dream of mine to life - but of course, I don't express this out loud nearly as often as I should!
Over ten years ago, when I performed my first solo gig, I stared at myself in the mirror in my dressing room, and asked myself, "What do you think you're getting yourself into?"
Little did I know, I was about to get myself into 1. something much bigger than myself, 2. hundreds, if not thousands, of beautiful photographs and memories, 3. my own amazing movement that would bring people of all ages, races and cultural origins together on the dance floor. I also never knew that I would start an award-winning, referral-based business in Orlando, Florida - aka, the Entertainment Capital of the USA.
Without my audiences and supporters, there is no art. I could not have done this without YOU.
Thank you to all of my clients who have trusted me with your special occasions, whether it was your wedding or a loved one's milestone birthday. Thank you to all of my appreciative audience members who warmed my heart with your applause and participation. Thank you to all the photographers, videographers, stylists and makeup artists who have inspired me creatively and contributed to the images on my website. Thank you to everyone in the wedding industry who believed in me and helped this Yankee Girl build her small-yet-mighty empire in the City Beautiful. And thank you to all my future couples that I have yet to meet!
Even sappy posts like this cannot fully convey what you mean to me. A million times, thank you!
Wishing my amazing couple James and Justin a Happy Anniversary! Cheers to one year, boys. It only gets better!

#ProTip - Always take time to appreciate the little things in life π
Slightly belated Flipagram of Thursday night's beautiful Russian wedding at Crystal Ballroom at Veranda π Between the amazing Russian singer and DJ, and my show, my couple created a nonstop party and filled the dance floor. Even the groom, who swore he wouldn't get up and dance, danced with me twice! Congrats to the beautiful newlyweds and thanks for choosing me, Constantin! #bellydance #orlandobellydancer #russianwedding #weddingentertainment #weddingideas #weddinginspiration
This tassa group was badass πππ Just some of the amazing entertainment at tonight's anniversary party at Seaquel Place Banquet Hall!

Highlights from a Turkish Wedding in NY
I could tell you why belly dancers are lots of fun to have at wedding receptions, but I figured it would be better to show you instead! Here are some of the highlights from a recent Turkish wedding I did at Anthony's Pier 9 in New Windsor, NY. I hope you enjoy!

Carrara's Belly Dance Promo by Vintage Images
Footage from a huge private estate wedding in Seymour. There was a beautifully decorated tent practically the size of a football field, a bad-ass mix of country and classic rock music, and the bride wore white cowgirl boots under her dress. Then, there was me. LOL. It was one of the wildest, most unique weddings I've danced at, and I couldn't have asked for a cooler crowd.
Todd from Vintage Images did a beautiful job capturing highlights from my show. I highly recommend his work! (http://www.vinim.com)
