When Mother Nature has other plans for your wedding…
“Stop Looking!!!!! These are your people! If I could do more than 5 stars I would! From the minute we booked the communication was outstanding! Jaimz was our point of contact, and she was incredible!!!! We were to have a very small intimate wedding and had decided to do 2 nights of catering. Unfortunately, Hurricane Milton decided to roll in and have other plans in stored for us. We contacted Jaimz last minute and decided to put the 2 nights together but also a day early as the Hurricane was set to hit the day of the wedding! Jaimz and her staff went full speed ahead and delivered us 2 days' worth of food! We had her amazing staff with us for one night and I must say they were fantastic! Everyone was so sweet and professional, especially as everyone was preparing for a massive hurricane the next day! Now on to the food! YUM!!! Everything, and we got ALOT was absolutely delicious! Our food that was scheduled for day 2 was clearly marked along with cooking directions. My guests could not believe how amazing everything was. We lived on leftovers for days! Everyone had their favorites, but a big hit was their bacon bar, that is a MUST! Again, thank you Jaimz and your amazing staff for pulling this together. If we are ever in Florida again, you will be hearing from us!”

When a wedding has to be moved up, and all things rearranged on the fly thanks to a hurricane, the catering company you hire is of utmost importance when needing understanding and flexibility!
