This season, Dr. Orlando Rivera Vazquez brought his band, Banda Escolar de Yauco, to OrlandoFest. He attended as a student many years ago, enjoyed his experience, and wanted to share that experience with his students. We were honed to help him do so.

It’s a bittersweet weekend since the season’s final festival is underway. The inspiring youth who continue to take the opportunities to learn and perform at high levels of achievement are what make this time commitment worthwhile.
Seeing the communities, directors and student work together gives me hope for our future, knowing we’ll be in good hands as these students become tomorrow’s leaders. Well done all.
