They saw how we in the West live and opened our eyes to a few things. His girls were cracking up seeing their dad cook for the first time during their Traveling Spoon experience at my home. We made lasagne and tiramisu in addition to other things. They were so comfortable that they stayed an hour later and were hugging my wife Sabrina when they left! New creation!! While I was in Italy I got to eat at one of my favorite restaurants, Ristoro Degli Angeli, tonight I replicated one of their dishes, pan seared cod with a tomato, pine nut, olive, basil sauce, with roasted potatoes and sautéed spinach, it was perfect!!
