💪Derick Pierson is a fitness icon, renowned for his incredible expertise in group fitness and personal training. Born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Derick is a certified core and functional fitness specialist, mat-based Pilates certified instructor, certified yoga instructor, certified aerial fitness master trainer, aqua therapy certified instructor, and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and lymphedema therapist. With an impressive career spanning over fourteen years, Derick has trained celebrities, including the legendary Serena Williams, and was a cast member of the reality show, The 2O’s, produced by the industry leader in home fitness, BeachBody, LLC. Derick’s workouts can be found on the popular Beachbody On Demand platform, accessible to millions worldwide.
🎪Derick is also an exceptional circus performer, specializing in contortion, aerial hoop, pole fitness, aerial fabric, static trapeze, aerial cube, aerial ladder, aerial passion, stilt walking, and fire eating. Derick’s circus career spans over thirteen years, and he has worked with circus companies worldwide, solidifying his position as a true artist.
📍Derick is a prominent figure in the pole fitness community, a title he has earned due to his impressive list of achievements. He has won numerous titles, including the Southeastern Pole Fitness Champion in 2018 and 2019, US Pole Sport Federation Male Champion in 2015, Southern Pole Fitness Champion in 2014, 2015, and 2016, and the IPC Ultimate Pole Champion in 2013, among others. Derick is currently teaching at Pixie Fitness in Pompano Beach, FL.
🪩In addition to his impressive fitness career, Derick has modeled for large companies like Hermes, been featured on magazine covers, music videos, superbowl commercials and has worked with various artists, including Britney Spears and KC and the Sunshine Band. His unique ability to bend his body in extreme contorted positions has made him a sought-after horror film performer.
