Part I of the Marley restoration is complete! Without Juan Andres Ortiz and Richard and Valerie and Clayton this wouldn’t have happened. The rain came and cleaned the Marley as we had hoped and now it will go to the studio for part II.

Lessons learned: Free Marley comes with a heavy price of help needed… 🐸

RDS has decided to create and share the vaults of An Evening Of Dance through this page. We will be reaching out to our dedicated schools of many years to have pieces of history from so many of the original Central Florida Dance Schools that have so many shared teachers and students. Many are now retired and this will create a forever legacy to share what we all have experienced and shared all these years at our beloved Lake Eola Amphitheater with Elizabeth Parsons School of Dance creations.

This is a an excerpt from a 30 minute piece choreographed by: Valerie Raskin came to Central Florida from Miami in the mid seventies and began a very deep and connected relationship with our beloved Central Florida Arts Community. The impact she has had on the youth of so many over the years is so apparent in this video by the way these dancers commit to this piece. We are forever thankful for her fertilizer to our RDS exotic garden and so many others out there shining so bright and strong!
