We are hiring for a part time Special Events Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:
-Venue tours for potential clients
-Creating client contracts for events booked
-Answering potential client calls
-Promoting and bringing in new business (important)
-amongst other coordinator responsibilities

-Must have reliable transportation
-Having knowledge in sales favorable
-Having knowledge in event planning and coordination a plus
-Must have knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and skills in marketing

This position is great for someone currently in hospitality training or someone with a passion for event coordinating or related industries.

This position does not require you to be stationary at the center but you are required to get to the venue for tours , events, etc so you must be available and local.

Pay is commission based with stipend for travel and phone usage

Looking for an ongoing event set up position to setup venue for event and break down venue at conclusion of events.

Resonsibilities include but not limited to :
-lifting up to 50lbs
-Attention to detail
-Must be available to set up event and also breakdown event that day unless otherwise stated

This position is requires someone with strength, and pays close attention room to detail. This position is preferably for someone who is a team player.

Looking for an ongoing event supervisor to oversee events when booked. This position is part-time typically on weekends.

-Opening venue and ensuring venue ready for client
-Closing venue after event
-Ensure cleaners get into venue for cleaning
etc.

This position is requires someone with strength, customer service oriented yet still firm and understanding. This position is preferably for someone who is a team player.
