Eggs contain vitamin D, which helps absorb calcium. They are also an "eggcellent" high-protein ingredient packed with B complex, vitamin A, and phosphorus.

NOTE: Recently, the price of eggs went up 25%.

Pro Tip 🥚👩‍🍳
Use flax or chia seeds mixed with water for egg replacement in baking.
1 tablespoon of chia or flax seed x 2.5 tablespoons of water = 1 egg
Mix seeds and water and let them rest until it thickens.

Looking for meal options that can help you keep up with your wellness goals?

Quinoa has a distinctive nutty flavor and is full fiber, amino acids and protein. It's easy to prepare and a versatile addition to bowls, salads and even soups and stews.

Quinoa's flavor pairs well with cucumbers, avocado, chickpeas, red cabbage, edamame and most vegetables and dressings. It's perfect for meal prepping too!

Pro Tips:
Rinse quinoa before cooking to remove bitter flavor.
Freeze cooked quinoa and add to soups and stews.
Rinsed and milled quinoa can be used to make high protein tortillas.

After years of being told, nothing was wrong while dealing with the unkind symptoms caused by fibromyalgia, I decided to fight back and apply integrative therapies to help me sooth chronic pain and lower inflammation. Living with chronic pain can feel like a never-ending battle. For those suffering from fibromyalgia, the everyday challenges can be overwhelming.
