Back at home, my mom will cook turkey and pork loin for New Year’s Eve.
Has been a few moons since I’ve cooked turkey for NYE but I do enjoy a good pork loin!

Mom is spending NYE with us so I figured it would be nice to bring some traditions back to the table.

This pork loin is simply stuffed with ham, cheese and spinach to keep moisture. It’s affordable and also delicious!

Cooking class Thanksgiving edition.

Squash medley with sweet potato, sautéed onions, garlic and pomegranate seeds.
Roasted Brussels sprouts with crispy bacon, onions, shaved roasted garlic and balsamic vinegar reduction.
Oh! Did I miss something? That’s right! Delicious roasted turkey 🦃 breast and to chill? A well deserved cranberry punch.
