The Competition:
This competition is for children and teenagers to have the opportunity to challenge themselves and show their commitment to the sport of CrossFit. Competitors will have the opportunity to test their strength and endurance during the Fit Kids Face Off. This competition is designed for young athletes, whether they are a beginner or a more experienced athlete.
Divisions: Male and Female Divisions: Individual, Ages: 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16 Team, Ages: 7-8, 9-10 (Same s*x teams of 2)
