Mega Movie Parade Featuring AntiGravity Performers Returns to !

We are happy to announce the return of the Mega Movie Parade at Universal Studios, Orlando, featuring Anti-Gravity performers on BMX, 1 wheels, Poi artists and Martial Artists accompanied by some incredible state of the art movie floats!! 🚲 🐼 🥋 ☄️🛞

It’s high energy excitement with film faves on parade! Your favorite movie characters leap off the screen and spring to life in a daytime parade. Excite all your emotions as you feel the roar of the T. rex, enjoy the adventure of E.T., embrace your true colors with Trolls and more. You’ll laugh, you’ll cheer, you’ll relive memorable movie moments the whole family can enjoy.

The parade returns to Universal Studios next month on April 12th! Daily parade showtimes to be announced.

Maya was part of our first group of STARZ members and has grown into an incredible aerialist and instructor. We are proud to have someone like Maya on our team!

She is part of our Forces of Nature show at EPCOT, our resident moon 🌙 goddess and aerialist extraordinaire.

🔓Unlock your creativity and refine your skills with our Specialty Apparatus Lab - an exclusive training opportunity for advanced students to explore unique and dynamic apparatus! Each month 3 to 4 specialty apparatus will be hung for training. Possible apparatus include but are not limited to:

✨Aerial Diamond
✨Hand Loop
✨Aerial Sphere
✨Aerial Moon
✨Aerial Cube
✨Aerial Frame
✨Aerial Net
✨Chandelier
✨Aerial Chair
✨Aerial Umbrella

‼️Solo skills only at this time.

⚠️All students attending this specialty apparatus open gym must be 16+ and able to demonstrate and complete the advanced level up combo :
🔹Two pull-ups
🔹One stronghold for four counts
🔹Two consecutive rock ‘n’ roll’s
🔹And either two straight arm v-ups or four consecutive v-ups with stronghold grip.
⚠️This combo must be performed aerially, with no wraps and no assist in a basic hand grip.

⚠️This is an open gym designed for advanced students only. To gain access, participants must perform this combo and receive approval before enrolling. Each student will be asked to demonstrate this combo at the start of each individual class as part of your warm-up to approve your participation in this upper level open gym class. ⚠️If the AG supervisor determines that a student cannot perform this properly, the student will be limited to utilizing a standard aerial apparatus instead during that session (silk, Lyra or hammock).

💕This class will have an instructor lead warm-up and have an instructor present for safety only but the remainder of the class will not be instructional.

✨STARZ TEAM SPRING 2025 AUDITIONS✨

💫AntiGravity is looking for some new rising stars to join our team! Our STARZ Program is AntiGravity’s tuition based pre-professional performance team that offers a multi-level training program for ages 10-21, including on-going weekly class requirements. Video submission is required to apply. 

🌷The Spring 2025 Season Official Start Date: Week of April 14th.

🎞We will be holding auditions for new teammates (or current Starz attempting to level-up) through video submission. Requirements and directions for the audition can be found in the Starz Auditions Highlights in our Instagram profile. ⬆️

⚠️Important Dates:
* Deadline to submit videos: MIDNIGHT on Friday, March 21st for NEW MEMBERS
* New Teammates Announced: FRIDAY, March 28th.
*EXISTING STARZ re-audition deadline is March 21st.

✨ NEW CLASS STARTING 2/18✨
Hula Hoop Technique with !

⭕️Hula Hooping is a combination of acrobatic technique, juggling, balancing skills and dance. Colorful light-weight rings are manipulated to create shapes and demonstrate poses using all parts of the body. The hoop(s) travels from hand to arm to foot, and utilizes the torso and even neck in an assortment of acrobatic tricks, dance choreography & flexibility elements. Some skills involve a single hoop, while other sequences incorporate multiple hoops moving in unison. In this class, students will learn basic hooping technique and review flexibility & acrobatic elements.

➡️This class is designed to improve coordination & balance, builds core strength, and tones arms, legs & abs. This class is expressive & energetic, while also providing a fun & challenging workout!

Multi-Level Class: This class is appropriate for all levels; no prerequisites required. Adult students age 12+ (students ages 10-11 require permission to attend).

Classes begin 2/18. Tuesdays at 6:30pm.

💫With a passion for community, performance, hula hoops, and fun Lessa leads an engaging and dynamic circus hoop class. From her background in somatics, expressive arts, and the flow arts community she has developed a love for the creative possibilities in the hoop discipline, as well as an embodied understanding of technique. After years of building her skills and performance career, she is now excited to share her learnings with easy to follow instructions on the technical approach and creative exploration of the beautiful art of hula hoops.

💕Join Lessa for our new class, Hula Hoop Technique starting 2/18 then every Tuesday at 6:30pm! This is a multi-level class and beginners are welcome!
