💫Join us tonight at 6:30pm with one of our home grown aerial STARZ to now instructor and performer for Silks Technique (Beginner/Intermediate)!

🤩This class introduces beginner-level students to the Silk, a classic aerial apparatus, while also pushing intermediate-level students to learn new, higher-level skill progressions. This Silk Technique class is designed to provide a general foundation of skills that can be translated among all aerial arts, as well as build muscle that will allow students to progress in all aerial disciplines. The instructor will cater to the personal needs of each student, focusing on learning & “cleaning” technical skills.

💫Details: Students will start by learning basic climbing techniques, poses and other skills that will improve strength & muscle tone, balance, flexibility, and grace. As students become stronger, they will advance to more difficult skills involving inversions, foot/hand locks, and skill combinations/transitions. This is an exciting class that will build foundational skills used in various aerial arts.

The AntiGravity Aerial Umbrella ☂️ took center stage with in our Santa’s Toy Box Aerial show at Lake Nona last month!

This innovative aerial act can be performed as a solo, duet, or group routine. Performers utilize various harness-style and hoop-like rigging structures attached to a specially designed umbrella prop. Synchronized choreography is used to create a uniquely dynamic act that will mesmerize audiences.

Over the weekend our AntiGravity family experienced a deep loss. It’s hard to remember exactly when we first meet Lana all those years ago (at least 10 years) but she herself is forever memorable.

The most beautiful ray of sunlight, wise beyond her years, everyone’s cheerleader and born to be creative. She was dedicated in and out of class - as a student, as a friend, as an aerialist and as a choreographer. She inspired others with her kindness and love.

She was and will continue to be a true inspiration in our family. Our forever aerial angel. Lana - you are forever loved and will be forever missed. .f
