When you’re husband is not feeling well and asks you to make one of his favs …. Take out a sheet pan, Italian salsiccia, potatoes, red peppers, onions and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, Calabrian Chili, cumimo and Paprika. Bake 475 45 min-1hr. Buon Apetitto!
