🌱 Vendors, Let’s Go Green at the Next FFEA Conference! 🌱

As we start thinking about next year's conferences, we encourage all vendors to embrace sustainable practices and help us make a positive impact on the environment.

Here are some eco-friendly tips to keep in mind during move-in, move-out, and throughout the event:

♻️ Recycle Smartly: Participate in the facility’s recycling program by recycling cardboard, freight boxes, plastic wrap, and other materials.

♻️ Reduce Packing Materials: Use reusable, recyclable, or biodegradable packing materials and minimize waste whenever possible.
♻️ Go Digital: Reduce printed collateral—offer digital information or send materials upon request. Use soy/vegetable-based ink and recycled paper (30%+ post-consumer content) when printing is necessary.
♻️ Eco-Friendly Giveaways: Choose useful promotional items made of recycled or biodegradable materials, or consider creative electronic gifts like free music downloads or subscriptions. Even better, donate to a special cause in your booth visitors' names.
