As your FFEA Board and professional staff prepare for an exciting year of 2025 programs and projects, we’re reminded of how fortunate we are to have such a wealth of knowledge and experience within our membership. FFEA volunteers have always been the foundation of our success, pushing us to the forefront of the event industry. To keep advancing our organization’s mission and strategic goals, we’re calling on you to join us!

We have several volunteer opportunities available, including some exciting new task force groups. If you’re interested in joining any of the committees, simply complete the online form, and one of our FFEA staff members will reach out to discuss your involvement.

Volunteering isn’t just about contributing time; it’s an investment in your own growth. By joining a committee, you’ll expand your network, deepen your industry knowledge, and strengthen your leadership skills. Throwback to an unforgettable performance at the FFEA Conference in August! 🎉 Stilt Circus wowed us all with their incredible, high-flying entertainment, bringing energy, creativity, and a touch of magic to the event. Thank you to Stilt Circus for adding that extra sparkle and making the conference a truly memorable experience. We can’t wait to see what they’ll bring next!

We love celebrating other cultures and Friday and Saturday are:

Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead) is a holiday rooted in Mexican culture, celebrated primarily in Mexico and by Mexican communities worldwide. Its origins trace back to Aztec and Mesoamerican traditions honoring ancestors, and it coincides with Catholic observances of All Saints’ and All Souls’ Days. Celebrated on November 1 and 2, families gather to remember and celebrate their deceased loved ones with altars, marigolds, candles, and offerings like food and photos, symbolizing life, memory, and the joyful connection with those who have passed.
