the floral lineup for next year is going to be incredible and until then, I’ll be dreaming up field plans & new goals while sitting by the fire ✨

For those of you who are interested in the dried floral sale on November 30th, here is a little preview of what I have created so far. I'm still hoping to make a couple more wreaths and will have a final update on Wednesday evening of everything that will be included in the sale and the pricing.

One week from today (on Small Business Saturday - November 30th) we will be launching our dried floral shop on our website!! I am working hard to create a few more wreaths before the shop opens! ✨ I will also have dried flower ornaments available, which make the perfect little gift and look so nice hung on the Christmas tree. 🎄

I will have a preview ready of the items that will be available in the sale by Friday, November 29th that I will post here on Facebook, along with the finalized opening time.

All items will be available for shipping AND local pickup!

I FINALLY got the chance to clean up & package all of my hand harvested dahlia seeds and they're listed on my website for sale right now! 🌱

If you didn't already know, each and every dahlia is created from seed! There are infinite possibilities when it comes to dahlias and growing them from seed makes for such an exciting surprise every time you go out into the garden and watch a new dahlia bloom. Dahlias grown from seed will produce a clump of tubers in their very first year, so you can dig and store the tubers to grow again the following year just like you would with dahlias grown from tuber or cutting! It's pure magic. ✨

I am finally DONE digging & dividing all of our dahlias!🥳🥔 Yesterday I divided the final clump (we had around 1,600 plants total) and I spent the morning tucking them into storage for the winter. Fingers crossed they stay nice & happy so we have lots to share for our winter sale 🤞🏼✨

Over the next few weeks I will slowly be updating my website to reflect the varieties we hope to have available in our sale. There may be a few that we hold off on adding until our restock sale in March, so don’t be too bummed if you see certain items disappear for the time being!

Now… time to rest a little 😌🥲🥰

This dahlia very quickly made her way to the top of my all time favorite dahlia list — Roga ✨🌸

I just finished dividing the clumps and as long as storage goes well, I am happy to report that I will be offering her in my sale! This beauty deserves to be grown in as many gardens as possible.

I haven’t decided on an official date for my tuber sale yet, but the main sale will definitely be in June and a restock sale will happen in March. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter on our website to get the updates 💛

Now…. back to dividing. I have around 700 clumps to go…. 🥲

Currently in the thick of dahlia digging & dividing…. So far tuber production has been amazing!!! 🥔✨🌸🥲 my goal is to divide at least 4 crates a day and I really am hoping to have the field completely dug by the end of next week.

Dahlias are by far the most time intensive crop we grow. Worth every minute if you ask me 💕

It has been an insanely busy fall and I wanted to give everyone an update on what they can expect to see from us over the coming weeks! ✨

We’ve been busy digging, dividing & storing dahlia tubers to prepare for our sale in January! 🥔 I haven’t decided on an exact date yet, but be sure to sign up for our newsletter on our website for more information. I will be sharing a lot more about the sale as it gets closer. The tubers are looking amazing and I can’t wait to get some of these blooms into your gardens. 🌸

I will be releasing our hand collected dahlia seeds for sale very soon! I harvested all of the seeds myself and it’s been quite the task cleaning seed and preparing them for shipments!

At the end of December we will be launching our first ever Tulip CSA!! 🌷 for those of you that are familiar with our our summer CSA, it is essentially going to be the same exact thing, but a bit earlier in the year and with tulips!! Tulips are some of the very first flowers that greet us in the spring, and truly bring life back into our lives after a long, cold winter. ❄️ Even though the CSA doesn’t start until May, I will open them up for sale end of December, because CSA’s make the perfect gift!! (and somehow the holiday season is just around the corner!) 🎁

Lastly, I will soon have lots of dried floral wreaths and ornaments available for the upcoming holiday season!
