Today's the annual holiday luncheon for university employees, and we're so excited to see such happy faces! We're doing giveaways and supporting the president's office for this annual event. They're also hosting a food drive for black bear exchange but if you forgot your food, that's okay. Because UMaine Printing services is hosting a gift wrapping party on thursday, the 19th from 12:30-2:30 p.m. at hotel ursa. And we'd love to see you there, bring your food!

We're so excited to welcome back Special Olympics Maine to the University of Maine for their summer games. This annual tradition celebrates sportsmanship, friendship and athleticism and we're so pleased they choose UMaine to compete, gather and cheer each other on. Welcome home and best of luck everyone! Planning out where to take your official graduation photos? Need some inspiration? We've selected some traditional spots — and some non-traditional spots — to share with you. Remember, the campus is a walking campus and some locations will be in HUGE demand (bear statue, library steps, Stevens and Williams Halls). So go find a spot that is a little quieter, snap some awesome pics (tag the University and us) and then head back when things quiet down!

Big events demand high levels of support. We're proud to help plan and support large events like UMaine's Accepted Student Days. The first was March 25, but there are two more in April along with an open house. From making sure guests get the full experience to ensuring that the vendors have everything they need, we are here to help handle the details while our clients make a great first impression. Today we give a shout out to our own Ashley Martinez who was recently named to the America East Indoor Track & Field All Academic Team. Ashley is also one of our student team members and we couldn't be more proud!

University of Maine senior track and field athletes Ashley Martinez and Zachary Beaton have been named to the America East Indoor Track and Field All-Academic team, as announced by the conference on Thursday morning.
