We are proud to offer a Barn Venue that focuses on stress-free planning. From the start, our goal has been to empower couples to make their own choices. We don't dictate that you must spend over $50 per plate, nor do we limit your choice of vendors. While we do have a recommended list, the final decision is always yours. After all, it's YOUR day, YOUR way!

That's a wrap 2024! What an AMAZING year! So much happened. Some firsts for sure!
#1 - I got to share this space with three of my beautiful nieces as they start their forever!
#2 - My in-laws celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary!
#3 - We received Small Business of the Year from the Chamber at the event AT OUR BARN!
#4 - Voted BEST place to get married in the St. Croix Valley!
#5 - 15 couples I'm not related to, that now feel like FAMILY said I do and over 2500 of their family and friends!
#6 - A Farm Crawl, A shindig and some grad parties!

Spring, Summer and Fall! 2025 is the last season before WI changes the rules on us, so things will look a big different for 2026 but still amazing!!!

The same thing happens when a Wedding Venue Owners niece gets married at her venue. (Who was just a peanut when I came into her life!)

Wisconsin's rules are changing in 2026, requiring venues like ours to obtain a liquor license.
This means that couples will no longer be able to supply their own liquor for an open bar, and we will be transitioning to a cash bar system.
While this change offers advantages like not having to bear the cost of all alcohol and giving more choices. There are many unanswered questions as well. So we are still awaiting further details from the state, but this change will affect all facilities like ours unless they only host six events per year.
So the moral of the story is , if you want to supply an open bar where you bring in your own alcohol, plan your big day for 2025! I'd be happy to help you plan.

We did it! Another Couple's Choice Award! That's one every year I've been doing this. These awards are a bit skewed in that you get them based on X number of positive reviews from couples.
So for me it means that not only did they have a wonderful event, but after all the planning and helping each of them, they take the time after it's all said and done to review your Barn and ultimately my Staff and I for making things great. That is ALWAYS our end goal. Less stress for the family with an honest approach to planning and navigating the day. (Mixed in with a sarcastic side salad. 🤣)
I'm grateful for everyone but want to especially thank those that took that time to give a quick review and help make this possible!

Wedding tip of the day is regarding Ceremony Programs - if you are looking to save some money on your big day, consider doing a QR Code Program. Most everyone has a cellphone and can easily scan and get all the info on the ceremony and your wedding party! Save yourself some printing!
