A Spellbinding Day in Downtown Oscoda

The witches of Oscoda once again cast their magic across town with creativity, laughter, and a touch of friendly mischief! This year’s celebration was held at the Historic McNichol Riverview Inn Bed N Breakfast and filled with enchanting activities.
Witches began their day by decorating hats and brooms at our craft station, each creation more magical than the last.
Guests then enjoyed Tarot card readings with Dennis, line dancing with Terri, and the always-fabulous Miss B-Witched Pageant. Our Magical Lunch was
a feast fit for a coven, and the excitement soared during the Amazing Witches Scavenger Hunt, where teams were unleashed into downtown Oscoda to solve clues, perform tasks, and
race for bonus objects before other witches could find them! A heartfelt thank you to The Tea Corner Emporium, Gilberts Drugs, Office Lounge & Grill, Cathy’s Hallmark, To the Moon & Back, Edelweiss, Styled by Blake Boutique, vinny’s Hardware and the Holiday Inn Express. And a special thanks to Tait's Bill of Fare
for hosting our Friday Night Spookeasy and final celebration, and to every witch who joined the fun. Your spirit, laughter,
and creativity made this event truly unforgettable.

2025 Witches on the Water Oscoda
Hello, Witches! We’re so excited to welcome you to this year’s Witches on the Water Weekend 2025 in Oscoda!

Below are all the details you’ll need for a truly spellbinding time.

■ Friday Night: Witches Craft Night ■ Queen Bee Soirée Historic Ballroom 300 W. Dwight Street, Oscoda, MI ■ Starts promptly at 6:00 PM If you signed up for the craft night, please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. We’ll be creating magical art using Sea Glass and Crushed Glass—a sparkling start to our weekend! At 8:30 PM, we’ll broom-fly over (just two blocks away!) to Tait’s Bill of Fare Lounge for our special Witches’ “Spook-Easy” gathering. ■ Enjoy themed drinks, snacks, and a tarot card reader ($10 cash).

■ Saturday: 12 pm noon The Main Witch Gathering ■ 300 W. Dwight Street (side yard, outdoor area) ■■ Weather: Around 50°F—please dress warmly! Upon arrival, you can decorate your own hat or broom at our craft station. Glue guns, decorations, and supplies will be provided to enhance your witchy flair. ■■ A sit-down lunch will be served, with tables and seating for 30. ■ A tarot reader will be available again—reserve your spot by calling or texting 586-764-4544 ($10 cash). ■ Terry the Line Dancer will be teaching us the Witches Dance! Then comes the Miss BeWitched Pageant! Compete for: • Best Hat ■ • Best Cackle ■ • Best Outfit ■ The highest score will be crowned Miss BeWitched 2025!

■ ■■ Saturday Afternoon: Scavenger Hunt Adventure At 3:00 PM, we’ll head two blocks downtown (walk or drive). You’ll receive your Witches’ Hunt Booklet with 12 clues. Earn points by: • Completing each task & getting a stamp • Making a purchase (each purchase = stamp) • Texting in photos in one text message with your team name and all photos to me at 586-764-4544 • Returning any bonus objects you collect • • 4 bonus clues are worth 10 points each (only one team per object!) ■

Scavenger Hunt Finale After your adventure, meet back at Tait’s Bill of Fare Lounge on Dwight Street. We’ll tally points, announce winners, and toast to a magical weekend! ■ Food and drinks available for purchase.

Due to high demand, the Witches on the Water party is fully booked; however, spaces are available for the scavenger hunt at a cost of $10 per participant. We will ensure team assignments for solo attendees. Admission for children is free with a paid adult. A $100 cash prize is up for grabs. Prior registration is required.
