I experimented with a new culinary delight tonight: Nashville Hot chicken quarters. The seasoning blend used was Stonemill Nashville hot chicken seasoning, and the chicken was smoked to achieve pull-apart tenderness, then finished with a rich house-made Nashville hot sauce.
