Help us celebrate Vincent Provenzano's 61st birthday on Thursday, July 18th after the Oskaloosa City Band's concert approximately starting around 9pm with a movie in the square. Vinnie has chosen "The Greatest Showman" to be viewed.

Muse Mondays is an open mic event that includes a special segment featuring a more established or notable performer, in addition to the traditional open mic format. The event consists of two segments:

1. Open Mic Segment: The event starts with the open mic portion, allowing amateur performers to sign up and present their work. Each performer is typically given a short time slot, such as 5-10 minutes, to showcase their talents.

2. Featured Artist Segment: Following the open mic portion, the featured artist takes the stage. This performer, booked by Muse Entertainment, may be a more experienced or well-known artist in the local or broader community. The featured artist has a longer set, up to 1 hour, allowing them to present a broader selection of their work.

By blending these two segments, Muse Mondays provides a mix of emerging talent and more polished performances. This format aims to give the audience a varied experience and offer amateur performers an opportunity to be inspired by and learn from the featured artist.

Additionally, the event provides networking opportunities for amateur performers to connect with the featured artist, ask questions, and receive feedback.

Overall, Muse Mondays enriches the traditional open mic experience by adding a highlight performance, making it engaging for both participants and the audience.

We understand it's a little late, but we'd like to express our gratitude to all those who attended the Eveland Access Summer Fest 2024.

It required a tremendous effort to organize this event, from the music and vendors to the sponsors and volunteers, all for the enjoyment of our community. We'd like to thank everyone once again.

We want you to know that we've carefully reviewed all the comments and suggestions from the survey. Your feedback is important to us and we're considering all the suggestions for future improvements.

We have exciting news to share - our efforts paid off, as we saw a threefold increase in attendance compared to the 2023 event. This success encourages us to work towards a better event for you next year.
