Good Morning,

We have a couple different things going on this week we want to give everyone a heads-up on.

Our lunch special is our chipotle chicken ranch wrap, and for soup, we will have vegetable tortellini.

For our take-and-go options, we will start with Turkey pot pie over biscuits. Later in the week, if we have time, we will add another option or two.

Finally, for Sunday's big game, we are doing smoked St. Louis-style ribs and our double-fried popcorn chicken by the pound. Stay tuned tomorrow for more info on both of these.

Here at Grate Expectations, we actually are a 2 man team plus 1 really solid helper. Kyle rarely let's Errin Keltner out of the dungeon and for all that know Errin, this is a very good approach to managing his antics. However, when we do let him out he has great ideas, here's one of our pop up menu ideas we are working through and for all you BBQ lovers, if you love our BBQ pork ribs, wait till you see this video of what we are working on.
