GRAND OPENING ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

We are so excited to announce we will be opening our café to the public THIS SATURDAY 2/1 🤍

Ribbon cutting will be at 930am & we will be open for business following from 10am-2pm.

We will have complimentary hot coffee & treats for those who want to come out and see our new space and we will have additional items for purchase.

NEW YEAR, NEW CAFE IN TOWN! 🔑☕️
Surprise… we have been keeping a little secret and I couldn’t hold it in any longer!😉
I am soo soo excited to announce Callie’s Coffee Cafe coming Feb 2025 🥳
MOUNT HOPE NY GETS A CAFE (right up the road from our current spot!)
I truly could not have pictured the success setting up our trailer in this little town I call home & we’ve built such a community here, I couldn’t imagine my first cafe anywhere else 🥹
We will still be your in and out coffee service but now having a little space opens up even more opportunities! Like expanding the menu… we will be adding in some food items! Not to mention, also expanding our HOURS! 🥰 the best part, the trailer will not be going ANYWHERE! She will still be doing her thing at festivals/ weddings/ events all year long (she’ll also now be freed up for some weekday events😜) I have so many ideas to make this space CCC cutesy & I cannot wait to share it with all of YOU! I love you all, simply NONE OF IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT YOU (or my little worker bees behind the scenes 🥰) Stay tuned for updates, maybe some tiny sneak peeks 😜 & be on the lookout for our grand opening date!!!! I hate to drop this news & go ghost for a little while but ya girl has a lot of work to do! 🤪🥳

Today was one of those days you pray never happen & this one hit especially close to home.
We were honored to serve the loved ones of Jack, a boy from the Minisink Community that is gone far too soon 💚 Despite the tragedy, there was beauty in it. To see the community come together & celebrate Jack’s life, it was truly magical. We were happy to provide what little comfort we could, in a tasty little treat that Jack would have loved! Sending all the love to Jack’s mom, Erinn (a lovely regular customer of ours whom we adore) the rest of Jack’s family, friends & the rest of the Minisink Community. Hold your loved ones tight 💚🪽🕊️
