It’s Talent Tuesday! 🤩

Meet Celeste, a multi-talented performer who has been painting for three years and entertaining for a decade! Her favorite part of performing is the meaningful connections she creates within the community, and she brings that same passion to every event she attends.

Celeste loves painting butterflies, embracing their delicate beauty and vibrant colors. One of her most memorable moments on the job? A massive storm rolling through an event at Crown Center—where she and the team packed up their entire setup in record time!

If she could perform anywhere in the world, Celeste would love to work with Cirque du Soleil, inspired by their breathtaking costumes and artistry. When she’s not face painting, you’ll find her reading, making art, attending concerts, and going on adventures with her son.

Celeste is newer to the SA Entertainment KC team, and we’re so lucky to have her creativity and enthusiasm with us! Be sure to say hi when you see her at an event!

It’s Talent Tuesday! 🤩

Meet Shala, one of the newest members of our team, who has been sharing her creative talents for less than a year. What she loves most about face painting is the kids’ incredible imagination—they come up with the most unique and exciting requests! Shala particularly enjoys working at birthday parties, where she can take her time to make each child feel extra special. Her favorite character to paint? Mario! (She can’t resist the iconic, “It’s a me, Mario!”)

When she’s not face painting, Shala dives into all kinds of art. From oil and acrylic painting to gel plate monoprinting, watercolors, resin art, and even fiber arts, her creativity knows no bounds. She also has a “sing-along” playlist on Spotify that keeps her inspired while prepping for events.

We’re so excited to have Shala’s artistic flair and love for storytelling on our team! Stay tuned for her imaginative designs and vibrant personality at upcoming events.

It’s Talent Tuesday! 🤩

Meet August, a magician who has been captivating audiences since 2006 and performing professionally since 2010. Known for his clever wit and impressive tricks, August’s favorite part of performing is the audience’s reactions—especially the laughter he brings to their faces.

When it comes to favorite events, August keeps his cards close to his chest, saying it’s like having a favorite child: he definitely has one but isn’t spilling the beans. However, his ultimate dream event is as bold as his magic itself—his own funeral. Why? Because pulling off a trick like that would truly be his grand finale, and August always likes to end on a high note.

Outside of the spotlight, August’s creativity doesn’t stop. He enjoys playing guitar, practicing Jiu-Jitsu, and crafting unique pieces with his laser engraver and 3D printer. Whether he’s performing on stage or creating something extraordinary behind the scenes, August’s passion for his craft always shines through.

We’re thrilled to have August on our team, spreading joy, laughter, and a little bit of magic wherever he goes!
