I had the great pleasure of catering a baby shower today! Had a great time. I made the cake, spinach salad, baby quiches, assorted pastries and mini eggs Benedict. Thank you again Michelle!!

Last week I was asked to cater for the British Consulate. The event was a Pop-up event in KC providing more information about our two nations on an economical level.

One of the Events they asked for a "Taste of Scotland". I was so overwhelmed with excitement to be asked to do this. I want to Thank them for this opportunity. British Consulate-General, Chicago

Below are a few photos of the items I created for them. Haggis (US Style) with roasted Potato, Smoked Salmon on a Tattie Scone, Cranachan (the trifle) and assorted Cheeses severed with Scottish Oatcakes.
