I couldn’t keep this to myself any longer…
Words cannot begin to express the excitement I have to announce the collaborative effort between The Bottleneck and Paper Anchor Media for 2025 and beyond. Starting this year, I am booking 2 longer than usual, almost mini-festival shows: Summer Slam & Not So Silent Night.

Summer Slam will feature 7 heavier artists from the KC area and beyond. It will take place every year around the 4th of July. Lineup will be announced on Valentine’s Day every year (and it is already booked with a STACKED lineup this year).

Not So Silent Night (it’s back!) will feature a 7 artist mixed bill ranging from metal to acoustic music. It will take place in the month of December each year. Lineup will be announced on Labor Day every year.

Another element that makes these shows unique for the artists is that I will be providing my photography services free of charge to anyone performing while bringing in a few other photographers to snap shots as well.

The ultimate goal of these shows is to unite the local scene with its fans and to encourage artists from across the country to work together in the music industry instead of competing.

With that being said, if you are in a band or know an artist you’d want to see participate in one of these shows, feel free to either tag them here or have them message & follow me on instagram. 2025 is going to be a killer year!

Last night was absolutely amazing. Every performance was top notch and the room was filled with great people. I want to thank each artist who performed and I want to thank the Bottleneck for hosting. Should we do it again next year?!
