These rice heating pads are great for easing aches and pains, when placed in the microwave and for boo boos, when placed in the freezer. They’re perfect for snuggling up to on the couch or placed at your feet in bed to warm up. I can also make them an aromatherapy rice bag by adding essential oils as your request!

The hot and cold pack is approximately 15" x 9'
And belt size 36"Lx3"W both side .

This particular pack can be used for the back, arms, knees, shoulder and ankles.
