Enter your dog for the chance to be selected as Waggs' Dog of the Month at the Waggin' Trail Dog Park. The dog of the month will be featured on the Owasso Recreation & Culture page, the Waggin' Trail Dog Park kiosk, as well as get a special treat! Winners will be announced on the 10th of the month. Congratulations to the winners of the 2024 Owasso Christmas Parade! We saw some pretty creative designs, and everybody did a wonderful job.

We were blown away by the community’s support and creativity at this year’s Owasso Christmas Parade! With 59 parade entries and over 1,200 citizens participating in the parade- it is hard to narrow down the winners. The theme for this year's parade was "Christmas Movie on Parade." Congratulations to the following businesses and organizations, who went above and beyond to decorate your floats and engage the community. We are so thankful for your participation!

Merry Christmas from the City of Owasso! We are excited to present the Owasso Christmas Parade this Saturday, December 14th, starting at 9:00 AM, located at Smith Farm Marketplace.

Our goal is to provide a fun and safe event for the community. We are aware of the ever-changing weather projections and are intently monitoring the forecast for conditions that may cause adjustments to the event. If any adjustments are needed, we will be providing updates through our social media platforms.

Beginning November 11th, the Owasso Park restrooms and splash pads will be closed for the winter season. Redbud Festival Park & Elm Creek restrooms will remain open.

Restrooms will re-open in March of 2025 weather permitting.

2024 marks the 20th anniversary of the Owasso Harvest Festival! In October of 2004, a small committee came together with the common goal of providing a special fall event for the citizens of Owasso. Since then the event has continued to grow, but our goal remains the same. Join us on October 12th from 11:00-4:00 at Redbud Festival Park for another year of free family fun!
