Terra Cotta Catering Full Service Mobile Catering Company Terra Cotta began in the early 1980's as a restaurant, Romolo's Fine Dining. Quite simply… we love what we do!

We were in what is now known as Little Italy, Endicott, New York. Many of the most loved original authentic Italian recipes are still available on our menus. Patrons requested outside catering and Romolo's Banquets & Catering was born. We continued to host extravagant indoor weddings, corporate events and social affairs in the years to come. lt near the Broome County Airport where we hosted beautiful outdoor weddings, clambakes, community fundraisers and festivals. The jewel of the venue was Clancy's Pub where local's would meet to share a beer and authentic Irish fare. We also owned Harvest Express in Endicott and Cousin Vinnie's Restaurant on State Street in Binghamton. We attracted a high caliber of talent in our kitchen staff as the demand for our services grew. This in turn, expanded our offerings to included gourmet style, barbecue and more creative vegetarian dishes. Known for the years our company renovated the Stephen’s Square 1888 building at 81 State Street in downtown Binghamton. We have hosted the most memorable weddings, fundraisers, corporate dinners and more. Creating the memories of a lifetime is what we do! Terra Cotta Catering is currently flourishing with a focused unique venue specialized catering service. We are primarily a mobile caterer, travelling to a wide array of venues, ballrooms, including a riverside conference center, golf courses, barns, tents, homes, offices and parks. For the past decade, our beautiful state has vastly grown in the Farm Winery, Brewery and Distillery industries. During this time of growth, our ability to travel and support these new businesses has become increasingly limited. This is where our vision of bringing the "tour" to YOU comes in! For almost two years we searched for the perfect property that would allow us to bring our vision to life. When the only local winery decided to close its doors in December 2019, we knew it was the perfect opportunity! As supporters of both local and small businesses, our focus will be to assist as many as we can on their path to success, by offering their products in both our beverage and gift shop inventory. As we grow, we hope to add Madrona Tasting Room to the top of your favorite NYS wines, craft beers, and distilled spirits list."

Nichole was a hobby baker for quite a few years baking for close family and friends, & Bridgett Lane (Owner of Bridgett Lane Photography) had past experience working for a family Ice Cream Shop. In the fall of 2021 they decided to team up buying a Food Trailer serving both Ice Cream & Baked Goods.
