Well! I had all intentions to start posting more regularly, beginning at market, but then was derailed after I caught the flu while there 😂🙈 Least favorite market find, that's for sure. Shew!
But! I am back home and feeling (mostly) better and am excited to tackle this last stretch of moving & setting up before we open! Which we are delighted to announce will be on February 1st!

Day 1 at market was a blast! Started with a stop by the showroom where we got to visit with Annie herself!! I am so excited to be able to learn from her next week after market ends. We then bounded off to lots of other showrooms & ended the day with so much inspiration and a few new lines we'll be introducing soon as we merge to and move to 💚 We also dipped our toes into the Christmas displays. I'll admit I wasn't quite ready to get back into Christmas, as it feels we *just*wrapped it all up 😂 But the beautiful showrooms can quickly take care of that. Excited to dive in headfirst into more holiday tomorrow!
Also. Making it a point in 2025 to show up more here on social media, even though it doesn't come naturally to me (at all!) But here's to growing! 😉

Just a reminder that our storefront is temporarily closed as we move & merge with Simply Chic, and as we head to Atlanta for a sourcing trip! We'll be back up and running in our new home later this month!

📍 Our Last Week at 318 St. Elizabeth Street
•This is our final week in operations at our current location! To celebrate, enjoy 30% off all Meadow House products in-store (excluding fresh flowers) AND 50% off remaining Christmas items. 🎄✨

🚚 Transition & Temporary Closure
•Starting 1/12, we’ll be temporarily closed as we prepare for our big move & merge with Simply Chic! We can’t wait to combine the best of Meadow House with Simply Chic to bring you a new shopping experience.

📅 Looking Ahead
• Meagan is heading to Atlanta Market this month to find amazing new products for the store and to train with Annie Sloan !
• We’re planning a soft opening at the end of January, followed by a grand re-opening celebration in early February! 🎉

Thank you for all of your support and excitement for our big announcement! (See our last post if you haven't already!) It is because of the wonderful community and support system we have here in Owensboro that this is possible! 🫶 There's so much more to share, but for now, I wanted to highlight two important details:

1. Meadow House will operate as normal from 318 St Elizabeth Street through the holidays, and Simply Chic will do the same at 101A West 3rd. Come stop by both locations and say hello!

2. You will still be able to find the beautiful vintage finds you know and love from at 318 St. Elizabeth Street. And rest assured that this move won't keep Kate and I from collaborating whenever and however possible! (We'll only be a few blocks away, after all!) While our time at 318 St. Elizabeth was shorter than planned, it has been such a joy to work alongside every day!
