The Fall is a beautiful time of year to celebrate at Oxford Oaks Farms. The patios and porches come alive with all of our incredible Fall flowers. From the moment guests arrive on the grounds, they will be delighted with the warmth and beauty of the space. The pavlova at Sunday's Farm to Table Dinner was chef's kiss! The meringue was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft and marshmallowy on the inside. The blueberries were fresh and juicy, and the whipped cream was light and airy. It was the perfect way to end a delicious meal.

Our Summer Farm Dinner was a lovely success!

We had such a great time celebrating the flavors of summer with our community. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our local fishermen, bakers, farmers and suppliers,

The menu was a feast for the senses, with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients prepared with care. Starting with North Carolina Select Oysters, Strong Arm Bakery Sourdough with salted herb butter /Pickled Vegetables,

First Course Olive Oil Poached North Carolina Amberjack, grilled tomato/summer herbs.

Second Course Field Pea Salad -fermented tomato vinaigrette, roasted peppers. tomato and goat feta...

Main Course Pork Loin - corn pudding, roasted pepper, peaches, burnt miso butter, bronze fennel.

The Dessert was an incredible Pavlova- corn husk, pastry cream, blueberry and basil.

The atmosphere was perfect for a summer evening, with the sun setting over the farm. The evening ended with everyone feeling happy and full!
