Yes, your seeing that right — this arch is on the ground! Who wants the story behind this?
We arrived for a simple setup, small wedding (on the beach), the wind was blowwwing and the setup crew was having a hard time keeping their arch up and draping it. Thankfully I carry my kit with me full of zip ties, pins and other goodies — Florist to the rescue! We got everything draped and secured, flowers attached but the wind was still blowing and the arch couldn’t handle the wind. So we had to lay this baby down till it was show time. Thankfully we had a super chill bride and family so we got them through it!!
Long story short — I love me a good diy but sometimes booking an experienced vendor will help you further in the long run. (also, praying I get pictures back bc I was just in love with this arch)

The color palette for this wedding was burgandy, blue & blush, and all the inspo photos were in faux/wood flowers.

I’m m absolutely loving the way these arrangements played off the wall/backdrop from this venue. So much that I’m considering diy’ing something similar to use in the studio!
